Back Office Associate

The duties of a back-office assistant include various tasks: auditing of invoices, claims processing, record maintenance, and accounting procedures, updates to product catalogs, maintaining online content management systems, or any other tasks as per the projects/client requirements.


  • Data Entry, Data Extraction
  • Use Internet to find relevant information
  • Provide administrative and support services to customer
  • Analysis and regular reporting


  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with Internet Browsing
  • Ability to do efficient research on the Internet
  • Expertise with MS Excel and Word
  • Have basic technical knowledge required for administrative duties
  • Preference will be given to those candidates willing to work evening shift (2pm to 9pm)
