Description	A smart, creative and multi-talented design professional for creation of original websites, landing pages, banners, email campaigns and other various online and print based creative projects.
Responsibilities	Design and layout professional, high-quality websites from scratch Liaise with clients in understanding their requirements, and create multiple website mocks for the clients Confidence, to present, explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues. Designing usable, useful, and attractive online experiences Giving guidance on layout, colors and styles that will be used all over the site. Provide updates and maintenance of websites Work on multiple projects with an eye for detail and quality Slicing up and generating XHTML/CSS markup for the selected designs Produce cross-browser compatible pages Researching similar products, brainstorming with colleagues to come up with ideas and design concepts that fit the client's needs.
Required Knowledge and Skills	Professional HTML development, including DHTML, Advanced XHTML, CSS, Javascript, etc. Extremely proficient in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Ilustrator. Be creative and art oriented and have an eye for aesthetics Adept in web designing, visualization, creative, colors and typography Good understanding of web browsers, their differences and their limitations Attention to detail, consistency and accuracy Above average proofing and writing skills for web content Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks, project details and tight deadlines Well-versed in color composition and color schemes. Creative flair, imagination, originality and a strong visual sense. Being adaptable and able to pick up new techniques. Knowledge of CMS like Joomla will be beneficial. Expertise with Flash and Actionscript preferred. Good understanding of Search Engines and how they rank sites will be very helpful. A ready design portfolio and code samples that demonstrate the above skills would be an advantage.
Minimum Educational Qualification(s) (any one)	Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts Professional course in Graphics/Web-Design/Flash Professional course in Multimedia/Animation
