Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support, resolving customer technical issues quickly and accurately as well as providing escalation assistance.
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve problems with Linux servers, gateways and networks.
  • Perform Linux system administration tasks.
  • Strive to make every account a reference customer.

Skills:

  • Exposure / Familiarity with set-ups of Linux Systems.
  • Exposure to with Linux e-mail and internet access gateway systems.
  • Exposure to Linux – Windows Networking and Linux commands.
  • Knowledge of the TCP-IP protocol and TCP-IP Networks.
  • Above average English communication and documentation skills.
  • Own transport and valid driving license
